The evolution of Whimsical Ramblings.

Well HI THERE. Thank you for clicking on the pointless bit of information that no-one else reads. This page is just to tell you a little bit abou why I started a blog in the first place, and how I've gone on to keep it running for over half a year now...

Back in May 2010 I think it was, I could be mistaken, my friends and I were having some trouble, caused mainly by one of their friends who, as it turns out, wasn't being very friendly with them...but extremely friendly with one of their boyfriends, eh, eh? Mmm. Anyway, that meant that of course, to express my anger and distaste at the situation, I had to write about it on the Internet. Yaaay, Internet! The only problem was that my old blog (http://beanielucybeth.blogspot.com) had long since ceased to exist, mainly because I forgot the password to it. Thus, Whimsical Ramblings was born! Since then, I've made a point to try and get as many posts done as I can manage per month, which sometimes is more than others. For example, October was probably my best month as I could do a lot of posts about a lot of things. November went slightly downhill afterwards and then December and now January both are quite low. But I aim to change that! With my original wit, unnerving humor and relentless sarcasm, I plan to take over the world with this blog! Or, at least, a hamlet somewhere up North, on the Yorkshire Dales perhaps. I don't know; but, and here come the cliches, I'm only fourteen. I'm a distressingly average fourteen-year-old girl with really not a lot to do, but an awful lot to say. I'm the bright spark that went and got herself heard for all her continuous grievences. Which means that if I, a fourteen-year-old Averager from Newbury, can keep a blog going and get 23 (yes!! 23!!) followers on Twitter then I'm sure you can do much the same thing. Seriously, I've come to notice that whatever you post on here (within reason obviously) will be tolerated more than if you were to say it in person; it's not a totally good way to be, but it works! So if there's something really upsetting you, or just a small issue, start a blog! It's free, fast and easy. All you need is an email adress. So, please please please do it. You won't regret it!
